A Royal Mail strike is planned for collection, sorting office, and delivery workers on the following dates: Thursday 13 October 2022, Thursday 20 October 2022, and Tuesday 25 October 2022.
Please allow extra time when placing orders around these dates as delivery times are likely to be affected!!

Dear lovely customers! I am currently posting as normal and regular. Please be aware that due to the current global situation, some postal services are experiencing significant delays, there’s a chance your package may not arrive on the originally estimated date.!!! If you are ordering internationally, please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

EUROPEAN CUSTOMERS: Please be aware that from 1st January 2021, items purchased from the UK to the EU may now be subject to VAT and duties charges. This is something that you may need to pay in order to receive goods purchased from me, so please check with your country's customs authority.!!!
🌻Once your item has been shipped, I will send you a confirmation via email. At that point, most of Uk orders should be received in 2-3 days, but please bear in mind this might will take longer now.
Please note currently I am only posting Calendars, Prints, Brooches and Ornaments outside of Uk.
I use Standard First Class delivery by Royal Mail on all of my items.
International orders vary from country to country (please contact me<via e-mail> for more information before placing an order).
Please understand that once I send your piece(s) out, what happens to it is out of my hands. If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen, I cannot be held responsible. In my experience these situations are very rare, but possible.
!!!!! Generally, I offer refund if the item is substantially delayed/ lost about two weeks after the expected delivery date has passed.!!!!!!!

Dispatch items back within: 21 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
